The buildings have been designed for the Leninsky district master plan, Moscow, developed by the EDDEA-ATLANTICA group.
At a generic level the proposal defined by the EDDEA-ATLANTICA team uses the concept of a "re-use patron for HUBS" as a key tool to the urban development of the plot.
The building proposals we designed want to emulate this attitude, which reproduce the building organization and function and differ from the serial reproduction typical of that area.
The design process has been the product of the study and exploration of different materials, shapes and spatial configurations. At the same time, the proposals meet the efficiency requirements defined in the urban plan. The developed proposals have been created with BIM technology, which permits to obtain and manage building information, materials and finishing definition, constructive systems definition, material and element quantifying.
